Meditate on Colossians 1:15-20
15The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.
Prayer Prompt
As we come to the end of our Ramadan prayer journey for Aceh, we remember that all our prayers, our gifts, our labor, our tears and getting the word of God to all the peoples of Aceh … it’s all about Jesus. Jesus himself said this after He had risen from the dead. He was walking along the road to Emmaus with two of His disciples.
“25 He said to them, ‘How foolish you are, and how slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?’ 27 And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself.”- Luke 24:25-17
The word of God that we are praying goes forward in power in Aceh… It’s all about Jesus!
